Welcome to Wordless Wednesday....
In my case, a bit of an explanation, I feel may be necessary:
The first picture is what I got to look at during the torture I received at physical therapy this afternoon. Isn't it a lovely picture? I lay there for 20 minutes staring at this... And yes, those are my knees... :-)
This is what I look like as I am lying there after I have been s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d beyond my limits and done all my exercises and weight lifting. I am lying there with some electric stimulation pads and a really big heating pad on my lower back. I am totally worn out and spent... Don't I look pretty?!?! :-( After I'm done, I go home and lie down and hardly move for the rest of the day! Good thing I think ahead and made enough dinner yesterday, so there are left-overs for tonight!!
All I can think of is the song by Linda Ronstadt "Poor, Poor, Pitiful Me". TeeHee.

you get electrocuted? I can imagine the picture of me after that "physical therapy".
Ouch! How dare they be mean to you!! I love your song choice - it is perfect. I hope you got some rest after this workout!
Aww, poor you!! I had PT years ago, for 3 months, and remember just how painful it was... hope it's helping!
