As a mother, I think everyone of us has been in this situation at least once. It drives us crazy but we would never think of buying cupcakes.... OH NO, we are perfect mothers!!! TeeHee.

Actually this happened to me. My Granddaughter need a treat for school, same day, her mom was supposed to come through, but as usual she failed. So I did have to go buy cupcakes. Same thing happened at Christmas, but it was a gift. Liked the cartoon, have a nice week.
Yes, I already had one of those moments. Aiyana only goes to preschool Wed and Friday. Well, her grandma took her too school and picked her up on the Wednesday before their Friday holiday performance and failed to read the sign on the door. It said that they needed to wear a red dress for the performance. When I dropped Aiyana off at school that Friday, she was the only one, not in red attire. I frantically rushed to Target because I did not want to be THAT mom!

Oh yes I had this conversation with Rick about cupcakes for Cole's school. I just can't buy them when I can make them. Yup also had it for Cole's birthday party, and he even had to comment on my not so professional looking job ... lol
