Welcome to Saturday: 9 . What we've committed to our readers is that we will post 9 questions every Saturday. Sometimes the post will have a theme, and at other times the questions will be totally unrelated. Those weeks we do "random questions," so-to-speak. We encourage you to visit other participants posts and leave a comment. Because we don't have any rules, it is your choice. We hate rules. We love memes, however, and here is today's meme!
Saturday 9: You Like Me Too Much
1. If everyone liked each other, what would we complain about? Oh, don't worry about that, there are a few people in the world (ahem, Anonymous) who just HAVE to be nasty and complain about SOMETHING!
2. If you were most powerful person in the world, how would you use that power? I would make sure that there were enough food, clothing and housing for everyone. And I would make sure everyone was healthy. Then I would make sure that anyone that hurt another human being (especially children) were gone from the earth forever! And if I had all this power, I would KNOW if they did these evil things, so none of these bleeding heart liberals would give me any trouble over getting rid of them.
3. If had exactly one year to live, what are the three things you'd want to do before you died? 1. I would take a cruise around the world with The Hubs, my boys, Nano and my step-son, DIL and grandson; 2. I would have a party with all the friends that I know and have so much fun and not let anyone have any tears... just laughter and love; 3. I would spend my final days on the beach with my family alone watching the water and the sun.
4. If you could change one thing about the world, what would that one thing be? War - "What is it good for - ABSOLUTELY NOTHIN"
5. If you could take one thing back, what would that one thing be? Nothing - all that I have been through has made me what I am.
6. If you were stuck on an island forever but had all the water, food and shelter you needed. What would be the three other things you'd bring with you? My husband, my dog, my children.
7. If the internet didn't exist, would the quality of life go up or down? I think it would actually be the same, we would just find different things to fill our lives with.
8. If a million dollars fell off a back of a truck, would you keep it? No ~ it belongs to someone, I would try to find the owner and return it. If they were driving too fast and there were no name on the truck, I would let the police know that I found something that belonged to the owner of the truck and give a description. I'd let them try and find the owner, then if now luck, THEN I would keep it. Because if it were me that lost it, I would REALLY want someone to go to that trouble for me - it might be all that the person has left.
9. What is something you said, something you stole, something you did wrong? I have yelled at my children occasionally when they were little and I was recently separated/divorced and in a not too good state of mind. I did apologize to them, but I really wish I had never said it to them in the first place.

Very good questions that provoke thought for sure! I know what you mean about making sure everyone is healthy and taken care of.. it seems like such a simple thing.. I wish it was already happening.
1.? You don't live in my house. There is ALWAYS something to complain about, and if there isn't we create something. My kids are are in some sort of grumpy phase that seems to require constant complaining.
Oooh. Good questions. And that million dollar one is great. I would like to think I wouldn't keep up but the temptation would surely be there.
Wow talk about making you think on a weekend. Love the questions and how you're always so truthful!
