I hope you are all able to keep cool while still managing to have some fun this summer.
I'm spending lots of time in the air conditioned house with the doggies and then head to the pool usually once a day to swim and do some exercising.
Don't forget to drink plenty of water, take breaks while you are outside and WEAR YOUR SUNSCREEN. This has been a public service announcement from your loving friend, Lorie. =)

It's about 110 here. Bleh. PLUS, we just came home from vacation yesterday, and it was about 80 degrees where we were, so we are having to adjust! haha.

We've been in the 90s with "feels like" temps in the triple digits. My house has been staying nice and cool though and when outside, the kids and I hang out in our little pool. Doesn't seem so bad at all when you're submerged in cool water, does it? I'm not complaining though. I'm a summer lover through and through. Winter is not my thing at all.
